Meet Our Team
Col (Dr) Clement Laryea
C.E.O
An old student of Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School, Legon and an alumnus of Universitatea De Medicina si Farmacie Victor Babes, Timisoara, Romania.
He comes with 21 years’ experience as a physician specialist in Internal Medicine and is a Respiratory Physician Consultant. He is an experienced Consultant Pulmonologist for High Dependency, Emergency and Isolation Units, Occupational health, lung assessment and rehabilitation. His remote site work experience includes being the Second-in-Command at a level two United Nations Hospital, and a senior medical officer in charge of Medical Reception Center and Field Hospital. Col. (Dr) Laryea has ample fieldwork experience in Emergency Response Team Management, strategic management in Diseases Outbreaks, Medical evacuations (Medivac) and Disaster Management and Casualty Evacuation.
He serves on several Medical Advisory Boards including Medical Screening and Evaluation Board.
He is also a Supervisor and part of the Evaluation Team for medical doctors in Ghana.
Dr. Christine Mensah
Medical Director
An old student of Holy Child School, Cape Coast and an alumna of Warsaw Medical School, Poland and University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. She has over 35 years of experience locally and internationally in medical practice with 24 years’ experience in Occupational Health in the areas of mining, dredging, security, banking and finance, oil & gas, construction, forestry, manufacturing and the beverage industries.
She is a registered member of the Ghana Medical and Dental Council, Chartered Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. (IOSH) UK.
Dr Mensah has provided healthcare solutions for 9 mines in Ghana and Sierra Leone and has successfully executed over 624 emergency medical evacuations globally for companies across multiple industries including mining.
With broad knowledge in setting up and managing healthcare solutions in remote sites, her key competencies include: Implementation of occupational health management systems for and in the mines, conducting workplace health risk assessments, Health & Safety Inspections and audits. Dr. Mensah has collaborated extensively with local and international service providers such as International SOS, GeoBlue and Healix Group for over 25 years in healthcare service delivery, including medical evacuations and has served as a local partner and a medical advisor.

Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Michael Arthur has 35 years experience in computer science and project management in construction, oilfields and healthcare. He is also an old student of Mfantsipim school and an alumnus of Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
He is a goal-oriented person with a purpose-driven personality, with experience in diverse cultures and backgrounds, who has great team spirit and delivers exceptional results through effective leadership and managerialskills. He is a critical thinker who endeavors to achieve set goals at the work place.

Daniel Anokye-Mensah has over 25 years’ experience as a human resources professional in 5 different industries including mining and healthcare. He is astute with extensive experience in mobilization and management of remote site staffing of healthcare mainly in the mining. Daniel is well versed as an HR Generalist.
Daniel has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College UK. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (CIHRM), Ghana

An old student of Holy Child School, Cape Coast and an Alumna of Wroclaw Medical University, Poland.
Dr. Merlene is a certified BLS, ACLS and TEAMS doctor with 6 years’ working experience in general medical practice, remote site mining workplace medical screening, housecalls and ground ambulance evacuations for both local and international clients.
She is a registered member of the Ghana Medical and Dental Council She is fluent in both English and Polish.
She is a great team player, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a very dedicated and hardworking individual who completes all her objectives satisfactorily..
